Magix Sequoia Maintenance Program

Magix has developed a new Sequoia Maintenance Program.   Basically, you pay $650.00 per year per Sequoia license, and you get Magix Tech Support and free Upgrades to future versions.  There are 2-year and 3-year Agreements available**.

With your enrollment in the Sequoia Maintenance Program, Magix offers you software support for your registered Sequoia license(s) during the term of the Agreement. Support is available via phone, email, Internet and forums, and includes assistance for questions regarding installation and operation of the software as well as its compatibility with computer hardware, in particular sound cards.

Magix also provides you with any and all updates and upgrades published during the term of the Agreement, free of charge. (Updates are bug fixes and enhancements. Upgrades are annual version revisions).

If you are an owner of Sequoia 7, 8, 9 or 10, the Maintenance Program automatically Upgrades you to Version 11.  If you already own Version 11, you will receive Upgrades to any and all future releases that fall under the term of the Agreement.  Also, you can add additional Sequoia licenses to the agreement at any time, also $650.00 per year per license.

If you are already a registered owner of Sequoia 11, here is how it works:
1.  Purchase the Maintenance Program*, and choose either the 24-month or
     36-month contract**
2.  You will be emailed a copy of the Agreement you chose, along with
      instructions on how to fill it out
3.  Print TWO (2) copies of the Agreement, fill it out, and send it to Magix
4.  In future, you will receive the next versions as they become available, during
     the term of the Agreement

If you are a registered owner of Sequoia 7, 8, 9 or 10, here is how it works:
1.  Purchase the Maintenance Program*, and choose either the 24-month or
     36-month contract**
2.  You will be emailed a copy of the Agreement you chose, along with
     instructions on how to fill it out
3.  Print TWO (2) copies of the Agreement, fill it out, and send it to Magix
4.  You will be sent an Upgrade to Sequoia 11, which will come directly from
     Magix.  In future, you will receive the next versions as they become available,
     during the term of the Agreement.

* Please Note:  Once you have made your initial purchase and are enrolled in the Magix Sequoia Maintenance Program, the administration and fulfillment of the Agreement is the sole responsibility of Magix.  Florida Music Company collects the initial $650.00 payment for the first year of the Maintenance Program on behalf of Magix, and in turn passes this payment on to Magix.  The second and subsequent years will be invoiced directly to you by Magix, and you will make payment to Magix directly for those contract years. 

**Agreements shall commence on the date of mutual signature and shall remain in effect for two or three years (First Contract Period) depending on which Agreement is chosen.  Agreements shall however be automatically be renewed for another 12-month Contract Period unless one of the parties terminates the Agreement in writing 120 days before ending of the First Contract Period.
