The eMedia My Violin Kit is perfect for a beginning violin student.  You get a well-constructed violin with inlaid prufling, carved spruce top, carved maple back and side, dyed hardwood parts and metal alloy tailpiece.  The kit includes a light-foamed case and a bow with rosin.  The violin has been meticulously setp up with care.  The bridge is in place, the strings loosened for shipping and the violin is packed in a protective cloth.  The violin is available in 3 different sizes to accomodate various ages:  1/8 (ages 5-6), 1/4 (ages 7-8), 4/4 (ages 12-up).
