The SM Pro Audio EM9600 Shotgun Microphone is a telescopic shotgun condenser microphone well suited to such applications such as stage, choir, video, outside sports broadcast, etc.  Being a dual function electret condenser microphone the EM9600 can easily be switched from "normal" to "telescopic" sesitivity thereby making distant subjects sound much closer.  The microphone is lightweight and is even portable enough to be connected to a video camera at all times.Housed in a functional carry ase the EM9600 also ships with windshield, microphone clip, and a high quality XLR balanced microphone cable.
