End Users can receive mail-in cash rebates on select Sony Wireless Microphone systems and components purchased between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011.

Here's how to get the rebate:
1.  Make your purchase from the selection of qualifying Sony Wireless Microphone products >
2.  When you receive your purchase, go to Sony's website at the link below, fill out the online rebate claim form, and PRINT IT OUT

3.  Mail the printout of completed online form, entire ORIGINAL UPC product code label(s) from the box(es) of the wireless model(s) purchased, and copy(ies) of your receipt(s) to Sony Award Headquarters at the following address, postmarked no later than April 30, 2011:
